Assessment of Status: Partially Complete

The Western Governor's Association initiatives, the use of CHATS and the Solar Energy Programmatic EIS show progress towards considering migration corridors and crucial habitats in oil and and gas development. Additionally, the Dry Lake Solar project in Nevada is an example of encouraging development at specific locations. However, there is likely opportunity for additional incentives to avoid migration corridors and crucial habitat.
