Include state, university, and tribal partnerships in determining effects of climate change on at risk wildlife species, populations, and habitat and in fulfilling the intent of the Order.
The National Fish, Wildlife and Plants Climate Adaptation Strategy relied heavily upon involvement of state agencies and tribal partnerships. While universities were not part of the process, academic generated data was likely used in the data gathering process.
