Provide funding for the necessary infrastructure for enrollment in state access programs (signage, fencing, maps, parking pull offs, etc.).

Assessment of Status: Partially Complete

The Voluntary Public Access And Habitat Incentive Program (VAHIP) and open fields are examples of providing the necessary infrastructure for enrollment in state access programs. Outside of VAHIP, there is no mechanism for funding for state access programs.
